UNITED AS ONE MAN WITH ONE PURPOSE
You were not made to fight alone.
One Man is building a community of men across Northern Ireland who lead well — in faith, family, church, and everyday life.
We stand together as brothers, helping men become the godly leaders, loving husbands, grounded fathers, and courageous servants God designed them to be.

Too many men are fighting alone.
Many men carry pressure in silence. They are isolated, exhausted, spiritually disconnected, or unsure where to turn when life gets hard.
At One Man, we believe men were not designed to walk alone. We create spaces where men can be honest, strengthened, challenged, and built up as brothers.
We love the person where they are — without approving every sin, struggle, or behaviour they may carry.
OUR MISSION
Building men who lead well.
One Man exists to partner with churches, communities, and organisations to build men into godly biblical men — strong leaders, loving husbands, grounded present fathers, and faithful servants.
We help men grow in faith, courage, brotherhood, responsibility, and purpose.
Faith
Helping men follow Christ with courage, humility, and conviction.
Family
Equipping men to become loving husbands, present fathers, and steady leaders at home.
Brotherhood
Creating spaces where men stand together, build one another up, and fight for each other.
WHAT WE DO
Find your place in the brotherhood.
Whether you are looking for community, training, discipleship, outdoor connection, church partnership, or support, there is a place for you in One Man.
Monthly Men’s Breakfasts
We partner with local churches across Northern Ireland to host men’s breakfasts that gather, encourage, and equip men to become godly leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.
Fratres Nehemiae
Brothers of Nehemiah
Every Thursday evening, men gather at the Open Arms Centre to stand together, build one another up, and fight for each other through the daily battles we all face.

Throughout the year we provide practical courses for men over 18, covering suicide intervention, marriage and relationship building, fundamentals of masculinity, pornography addiction, and godly leadership.
Young Men and Rite of Passage
We run a 14–18 programme and a 7-week rite of passage focused on Christian discipleship, mentoring, leadership development, life skills, identity, character formation, and what it means to become a godly man.
Speaking and Church Partnership
Our team is available to preach and speak at men’s groups, women’s groups, youth groups, church services, and community events.
THE CALL
What kind of man are you becoming?
Every man is being formed by something — pressure, pain, culture, fear, isolation, habit, or faith.
One Man calls men to a better way: to stand with brothers, follow Christ, lead with courage, love their families well, and rebuild what is broken.
Are you tired of fighting alone?
Do you want to become stronger in faith, family, and purpose?
Are you ready to stand with brothers who will challenge and support you?
